I'm currently addicted to Jake Davis' Test Shots. I'm not ashamed to admit that I check his blog almost daily in hopes of finding a new Test Shot. His latest installment features one of the creators of Engineered Garments, Angelo Urrutia. Another stroke of genius from Jake Davis. Two thumbs up!

E.G.
Engineered Garments is a solid brand to keep in mind because they carefully consider creating and detailing clothing as "Engineered", hence their brand name. Each one of their pieces is well put together and a lot of thought is put behind each pattern, stitch, and shape. Engineered Garments clothing is very basic with enough moderate loud patterns to seperate them from the norm. They keep it classic with this shawl collar cinch vest in black chambray that would go with almost anything in your wardrobe. Keep E.G. in mind when you're trying to complete the casual classy look. For a full preview of Engineered Garment's S/S '10, check out Tres Bien.

Chambray is here to stay
I write about chambray shirts a lot because I personally love them. So for those of you who thought the chambray theme has come and gone, I'm sorry but it's still around. As a matter of fact, designers are still pushing more and more chambrays this season as if it was the next best thing. I bought into the revival of the chambray. I feel they never go out of style. They are so classic with a pair of corduroys, khakis, or even with jeans (not considered a fashion faux paux anymore). So if you're in the market for a new chambray shirt, here are a few great suggestions depending on what price point you're looking for.
Wood Wood - $195
Engineered Garments - $145
Rogue Territory - $140
