Protect This House

Georges St-Pierre has the UFC welterweight division on lock. After Anderson Silva's stupid antics in his last fight, GSP has to be considered the best pound-for-pound MMA fighter right now. Who knows who's next. Jake Shields? Move up a weight class? Only time will tell. For now, watch GSP protect his house in this new Under Armour spot.

Roger Huerta

Once in the UFC and now entered into Bellator's Tournament, Roger Huerta went through it all growing up. Here's a short film about him and his past.

Gsp did his thing and Mir didn't. I kind of figured that GSP would win by superior wrestling but Hardy did a hell of a job getting out of that arm bar and kimura attempt. I honestly thought Mir was going to stand up and not be against the fence. Carwin had complete control the entire 3 minutes of that fight. So sad too bad. I'm waiting for that Silva vs Maia, Penn vs Edgar, and then Aldo vs Faber.The MMA world is coming up with some proper fights!!

Since UFC 111 lacked some fireworks, we decided to watch BJ Penn jump out of the pool.  Check it out. Yeah BJ!!!

PRIMETIME ON SPIKE!

Here we go again! UFC rarely does the PRIMETIME episodes before fights. Georges St. Pierre vs. Ed, I mean, Dan Hardy in UFC 111. UFC PRIMETIME previews the fighters 4 to 3 weeks before any matches occur. It shows their struggle of training, the media, their daily life and happenings, and also gives a solid backround of each fighter. These types of documentaries/shows are great to watch and it's also amazing to see their point of views this close up.

Protect this house - I WILL

I absolutely love this new Under Armour "Protect this House" ad. I was so amped after watching the clip and now I'm ready to wreck major havoc at the gym. Under Armour has a very solid lineup of athletes with Michael Phelps, Georges St. Pierre, and Brandon Jennings. My favorite Under Armour items have to be the compression tights and the HeatGear long sleeve compression shirt. It keeps me super warm when I'm training outdoors during the winter season. Now if you're bold enough to be like GSP, then train in these.

DRIVEN

I'm looking forward for this to release. DRIVEN is a documentary about former UFC champion, Jens Pulver. The film captures his journey to his up and coming fight this March 6. This will reveal his wins, loses, and struggles as a mixed martial arts fighter.

Sport shorts and ventilated footware

I recently purchased a pair of RVCA VA Sport shorts. They're a pretty good buy considering I do everything in them. From running, to lifting, to bouldering, to mma, they hold up well and are insanely comfortable. I'd much rather wear these for overall performance.

Also, you'll see me doing all of that in these NIKE Hyper-Lite ND. The MOST COMFORTABLE SHOES I have had thus far.
