Where Are You Yeezy?

Spring cleaning always means you have to say goodbye to unwanted junk. I had to clean out some space in our guest room and it was time to sell some goods.  After rummaging through my clutter, I decided to bid farewell to two pairs of Nike Air Yeezy's.  Last year's most sought after shoes have been collecting dust in a closet since the day I bought them. I slept on the streets of Inglewood, CA and a lawn chair at Nike Montalban to get my hands on these. With so much history and crazy stories behind getting the Yeezy's, it was hard to let go. So long Net/Net and Zen Grey Yeezy's!

As I shipped the Nike Air Yeezy's out, I got my Thom Browne x Supreme oxford in the mail. All in all, today was a good day.

Buttero SS10

Washed dyed suede and smooth leathers are their main concentration for the new collection. Boat shoes and loafers are added to the line as well. Very upbeat and classy characteristics in the footwear. My personal favorite are the leather laces!

Classic Summer Kicks

Everyone wears different types of shoes during the summer season. Unless of course you're in the armed forces or own only one pair of shoes. Summertime footwear has to be comfortable and easy to slip on. Socks are not mandatory. It's all about the fun in the sun and spontaneous days and wild nights during summer!

So here are my picks for classic summer shoes:

Pointer Shoes

Pointer is one of the those brands that can easily be classified as streetwear but can also be considered as fashionably acceptable.  The same pair you wear to the club can also be dressed down with a pair of shorts. A lot of shoe makers have had the same approach to try and cater to those who want to dress well but still remain hip. Pointer has definitely achieved this look. This is a great alternative to the regular boat shoe, canvas sneaker, or athletic trainer we have been accustomed to wearing during the warmer months.  Based out of London, they are slowly stocking up in local stores in the US.  I definitely have my eyes on a few pairs of Pointer shoes and here are a few my favorites.  Which one is yours?

Crago - a great fusion between a desert boot and a buck

Saha Deck - not you're everyday boat shoe

Tanju - has the classic loafer look that never goes out of style

Alden Bucks by Steven Alan

I might crush on a lot of items while I'm lurkin' but these I know I have to have. Alden bucks for Steven Alan in a very clean and crisp plain white. I can envision these bucks with possibly a plain blue oxford and a pair of seersucker shorts. White canvas sneakers are a staple during the summer and these would be the ultimate substitute. Find them here .....

Held for RANSOM

I've always been a fan of Adidas. They're definitely heading in the right direction with the new RANSOM x Adidas collaboration, very sleek and stylish. One of the most plain and inspirational designs I've seen. And I'm sure comfortability isn't an issue. Here are a couple of teaser pictures for your viewing pleasure.
