Get your mind right ..


A trainer once told me Crossfit exercises are for idiots. Well coming from a "not so bright" guy I shouldn't have listened since under his tutelage I learned jack $hit. Now I'm back to square one and looking into trying Crossfit again. As I'm doing my daily lurking, I found plenty of informative sites concerning Crossfit. I love how they all have this feature called WOD (Workout of the Day). WOD's are a detailed breakdowns of exercises done at the gym that day. Here are a few of my favorite Crossfit sites.
